It arrives in a BIG box on a wooden pallet by semi truck. Driver was very professional and courteous, I unboxed it, brought each part inside and assembled it in my living room. I was impressed by the quality of this mobility scooter. The motor is very quiet and powerful!

I bought this for primarily outdoor use. It is very good. The tires are big enough to be good in gravel. The scooters does not bog down on inclines. Assembly was easy. The operating instructions could be improved, but I eventually figured it out. Customer support has been very responsive and supportive when I had delivery questions. I can highly recommend this scooter and more important, a company that stands behind it.
