Chair was easy to set up and works great. It takes a little getting used to if you have never used an electric wheelchair. I practiced in the house and was able to drive it ok.

I think the joy stick is very sensitive and it definitely takes some adjustment to operate the chair comfortably, but overall, I do think it's comfortable, is easy to fold and open, and isn't too difficult to switch from manual to power. It is definitely not an easy wheelchair to push in manual mode, according to my husband.
